This book has a chapter on social marketing, which is good because the real estate business is due for a web driven reinvention.
The book is well written, and intended for new realtors. It is also useful to anyone dealing with a realtor, as you will learn their strategies and know what questions to ask. I read it because I am currently selling a house (plug: if you work at the hospital it is in walking distance).
